Fractured Ankle

Isabella badly fracture her ankle while playing in her garden. Her mother had private health insurance, so she took her to an appointment with a consultant in London. 

Hoping it would save time, Isabella’s mother brought an encrypted CD containing x-rays from the hospital. Lacking a CD drive, the consultant took the disk to the hospital’s radiology department. After hours of waiting with no luck, they ended up having to repeat the x-rays so Isabella could finally receive the specialist treatment she needed.
